How can we help?

DIS are proud to offer our Hardware Support packages, tailored to meet your individual business requirements.

In many cases we supply the hardware that we support in our Hardware Support Contracts to our customers, so prior to any installations or any replacements our team like to liaise with the customer to understand their individual business and understand their key drivers to establish the best solution in terms of cost and scalability.

We’re pleased to say that with the majority of our Hardware Support cases our team of expert engineers can troubleshoot and resolve your problem remotely, through gaining remote, secure access to your devices.

However, if we detect a failure with your hardware, or diagnose an issue that cannot be dealt with remotely then we will ensure that one of our engineers attends site within the specific guidance of our Service Level Agreement (SLA) predefined in your Support Contract.
