A fast growing staffing agency challenged Data Installation & Supplies with providing a solution to record video, which can be stored securely in the cloud.
The Challenge:
Data Installation & Supplies Ltd were challenged by an existing customer to provide them with a solution to offer additional security to their employees, who work independently across 80 offices nationwide.
As a recruitment agency providing temporary staff to businesses, each office has multiple visitors each day, whether that be prospective applicants, or those needing to discuss HR issues. Due to the volume of visitors, our customer wanted to put employee safety at the forefront of operations.
The requirement was for a solution that enabled video recording, stored securely, off-premises, within the cloud.
The Solution:
Data Installation & Supplies proposed and implemented a Morphean solution utilising Axis cameras. The physical cameras are situated on each individual site, positioned to allow for a wide angle view, recording all activity within the office and instantly storing securely to the cloud.
The footage will be stored for 30 days and can be accessed and viewed at any time, by all specified personnel with user permission, allowing the employee on site to work confidently knowing they are safe in the workplace.
Future proofing:
An additional benefit to the Morphean solution DIS has integrated into Axis cameras, is the scalability factor.
Our customer expressed the necessity to be able to upscale capabilities as the business requires at a later date, we have discussed integration with audio, into facial recognition, access control and fire registers.

Video Surveillance as a Service (VSaaS)
