On-site support for Aruba Central

At Data Installation & Supplies (DIS) we are proud to be Aruba Central accredited and trusted by our customers to deliver robust, scalable network solutions, both remotely and on-site when needed.

However, we appreciate that even with powerful cloud-managed platforms like Aruba Central, there are times when on-site support can make all the difference, and recently one of our manufacturing customers asked us to provide them with on-site support in the USA.

On site support all the way to the USA:

Whilst our customer, from the manufacturing sector has been using Aruba Central for a while, they were experiencing some network issues that were proving difficult and time-consuming to resolve remotely, especially when you add in the time zone differences between the UK and USA.

Our engineer David, one of our accredited Aruba Central engineers, flew to Boston, before travelling up to New Hampshire, where we supported our customer across their two sites, one in Salem, the other in Manchester.

Over five days, David helped to tackle the more complex challenges, replaced some hardware and onboarded new devices into their existing Aruba Central environment.

With everything tested and configured on site, David made sure that our customer was set up for smother day-to-day operations moving forward.

Whilst Aruba Central allows us to manage and troubleshoot networks remotely with ease, we know that sometimes having a physical presence can make all the difference, and we’re always ready to attend site when remote support isn’t enough, whether that’s to resolve stubborn issues, or just to give our customers additional peace of mind.
