Our customer approached Data Installation & Supplies (DIS) to support them with their new warehouses, located in London. They specified that they wanted an innovative solution to security, both in terms of Access Control for future tenants who will be taking control of the unit/s and intruder, to protect the premises, people and assets.
Our engineering team, led by our National Account Manager Martyn Armstrong, carried out a comprehensive site visit and designed a proposal to best suit both their immediate needs and future needs. At the present time the warehouse units are unoccupied as they are brand new, so in time as they are advertised to prospective tenants, there could be multiple companies operating within the site, similarly a single business may take both units.
The enterprise class access control systems provide a robust and flexible solution for securing the warehouse units, ensuring that only authorised personnel can gain entry, with the ability to further customise access levels.
Grade 3 intruder systems were the choice for this customer’s intruder requirements, as they incorporate cutting-edge technology, including wireless communication, smart device integration and advanced detection methods, whilst also scalable and user-friendly.
But our dedication doesn’t stop at just enhancing security… We’re also committed to sustainability and doing our part, that’s why now that all the equipment and tools are on site, the remainder of the installation can be completed by our engineer, who will continue to maintain and oversee the systems will now be travelling to and from site on his rather nice bike! Helping to reduce our carbon output of the installation.
